Primary Election 8/30; Early Voting 8/20-27

Early Voting Dates for the 2016 Primary Election are August 20th through 27th.  Early Voting Hours are 9 AM - 6 PM Daily including Sunday.  During Early Voting you may use any St. Johns County voting location.  Primary Election Day is August 30.   If you vote on that day, you must use your voting precinct location.  Polls are open that day from 7AM - 7PM.

YOU Make JCP Great!

The JPC POA consists of its Board of Directors, Committees, and property owners. All BoD and Committee members are property owners who volunteer their time to ensure that JCP's property values are optimal, its financial obligations are met, and that residents enjoy the best quality of life while paying the lowest possible homeowners' association assessments.

Our community needs MORE volunteers to work in the committees necessitated by a community of almost 6,000 properties. Even a small amount of your time is valuable. Committees include the following:
  • Architectural Control Committee
  • Covenants Enforcement Committee
  • Maintenance Committee
  • Publicity Committee 
  • Audit Committee 

You are welcome to attend any committee meeting whether or not you become a committee member. Committee membership may be subject to Board approval.

Message from the JCP POA Board of Directors



Effective 4/1/16, JCP's new property management company is Interlaced Property Solutions, LLC.  Property owners will be receiving a postcard flyer in the mail the first week in April.

You are advised to read the postcard flyer to better understand how the change affects you.

The following neighborhoods have their own Boards of Directors and will continue to contract with separate management companies through their own BoD for their community-level property management issues not governed by the Master Property Owners Association:

  • Plantation Island, 
  • Plantation Estates, 
  • Plantation Grove, 
  • Magnolia Preserve, 
  • Southbridge, 
  • Riverside, and 
  • Southern Creek.

Residents are asked for their patience during the transition period. We are excited to have Interlaced working for JCP, and look forward to many improvements in our great community!
